This policy is drafted in Italian. This translation is provided for information: in the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails, without prejudice to your rights under applicable law.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that the site stores in your browser; similar tools (pixels, local storage) work in the same way. Some are essential to the shop, others measure visits or make our communications more relevant.
2. What we use, and when we ask for your consent

On your first visit, the banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose by category. Closing the banner with the X rejects non-necessary cookies. We do not ask for your consent again for 6 months, unless the cookies or purposes change. You can change your mind at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
Microsoft Clarity session recording starts only if you accept statistics cookies: without your consent, the tool is not loaded.
The support chat (Gorgias) loads only when you tap its button. From then on, Gorgias stores in the browser what it needs to keep the conversation open and loads Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the chat from automated messages. These are needed for the service you ask for by opening the chat, so they do not depend on your choices in the banner.
3. List of cookies
The durations shown are maximums: the browser may delete a cookie before it expires. Items marked “browser storage” are not cookies in the strict sense.
