Didi was the nickname of Ida, Micaela's grandmother. In Bali, Ida is the highest title: it opens the names of priestly families, Ida Bagus and Ida Ayu, and the very name of God, Ida Sang Hyang Widhi.

Ika Jane's most loved piece takes its name from her: a two-tone knit dress that returns every season in new colours. It was born in 2024 for the Baci dal Paradiso collection and immediately became a bestseller: an Ika Jane icon.

For the Romans, myrtle was the plant of Venus. It grows among the rocks, in the wind and the salt, and stays green all year round.

Didi is designed in Paris by Micaela. It is made in Indonesia, in a family-run knitwear workshop overseen by Andrew and Camila.

It is knitted fully fashioned: each piece comes off the machine already in its shape, with no cutting and no waste.
