We imagined it alongside the Loba jacket and the Vuelo melograno jeans, as a piece of the same garden: a large red and coral peony among yellow leaves, white peonies, small red and white flowers, light blue sprigs. Elena Toscano drew them one by one.

In Ibu Dedek's atelier they are embroidered by machine, freehand, flower after flower. That is why every embroidery is unique, and no two Ninfa are alike.

Ninfa was born in 2023 with the Dreaming Mermaids collection and instantly became an Ika Jane icon: sold out, every time.

Her name comes from a water flower that grows in the mud and opens, untouched, to the light.

For I Quattro Elementi she carries the peonies of Fire.

Ninfa is designed in Paris by Micaela. The flowers are drawn in Milan by the artist Elena Toscano and embroidered in Ibu Dedek's atelier, among the rice fields, a few steps from the ocean.

Ninfa is made in our atelier in Bali by the Ibu of Ika Jane: a team made up only of women, who choose whether to work from home, at their own pace, or together in the atelier.

The zip pull is a small golden rose: we designed it, and Ibu Komang, an artisan from the island, makes it by hand, one by one, like the buttons on our jackets.
